Ed Nicholson has been playing/writing music ever since he can remember.

After being a part of Three Crosses, one of the more successful Christian bands of the 90’s, and writing many of their hit songs, Ed's musical career has taken off in a different direction.

While the direction and focus of Ed’s music may be different, the passion remains the same…to glorify God.

His desire to reach young people with God’s message of love and forgiveness ignited the idea for The Fire Escape, a once a month Saturday night teen dance club, that is packed with over 400 kids each month.

While continuing his responsibilities at his church Ed maintains a busy concert schedule and is also in demand as a worship leader for conferences, retreats, and outreach events. He has even led worship for our nation’s senate chaplain Lloyd Ogilvie.

Ed has just put the finishing touches on “OUT OF MY HANDS,” his first solo album that is packed full of crunching rhythms, insightful lyrics and smooth vocals. This album features Ed’s latest successful writing credit “Restoration,” a song that reached #8 on the CCM charts for Phillips, Craig and Dean.
